How he works
His work starts with a hard question most training skips: is a skill or knowledge gap actually the problem? When it is, learning is designed to produce measurable performance across the full design lifecycle. When it is not, he says so, because spending on the wrong intervention is its own kind of failure. The discipline is grounded in Human Performance Improvement: attention on what people accomplish, not just what they do.
